Every production is unique and has different equipment requirements to meet their demands. The importance of having quality gear in the harsh and difficult work environment's for film and television, is paramount in being successful. All equipment I bring to shoots is of the highest quality, and has been put to the test throughout the years in almost every climate imaginable.
Basic Kit
My basic sound kit has all the gear necessary for the majority of shoots:
- Sound Devices 633 Multi-Track Recorder (LR mix + 6 iso tracks and timecode sync) with multichannel XLR breakaway to feed audio to camera
- 2X Lectrosonics 411 Wireless Receiver
- 2X Lectrosonics SMQV 250mW Transmitters with Sanken COS-11d Lav's
- 1X Lectrosonics 401 Wireless Receiver
- 1X Lectrosonics SMDA 100mW Transmitter with Sanken COS-11d & Countryman B6 Lav's
- Lectrosonics HM Plug-on Wireless Boom
- Sanken CS3e Shotgun Mic for Exterior Shooting
- Sennheiser MKH50 Hyper Cardioid Mic for Interior Shooting
- Rode NTG-3 Shotgun Mic (Backup Microphone)
- Betso S-Box 1N Timecode Sync Box

Depending on the requirements of the shoot, additional rentals may be required such as extra Timecode Sync Boxes, Timecode Slates, Comteks, or extra wireless lavalieres.
